besides Husqvarna in Sweden, were there any other sxs guns made in scandinavia?

I'll bite. Maybe chase Carl Gustafs stads gevärsfaktori, which I think has an origin of imported German Gunsmiths early on..... But I am not sure where they were made.

The A.H. Fox Gun Co. sold so many guns to L.H. Hagen in Christiana (Oslo), Norway, that Hagen got their own special engraving on their A-Grades -- ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](https://i.imgur.com/JCILhX4.jpg) I have suspected that Norwegians, recently independent from Sweden, didn't want to buy Husqvarna guns! A while back on Shotgunworld.com a Norwegian poster showed an XE-Grade Fox that was the most worn I've ever seen!! Wonder if it shot any Nazi occupiers during WW-II? When we visited my Wife's relatives near Ostersund in Jamtland, Sweden, they all had modern Sako bolt action, scope sighted, rifles for their Elg (our Moose) hunting but they had the old Model 15/17/20 Husqvarna shotguns. To them the Elg were just food, but the trophy they prized and talked the most about was a Capercaillie.

The name escapes me at the moment, but there recently was a gun , based on the Remington Model 32 design, made in Scandinavia .
The gun I was thinking of was Valmet from Finland.

wonder what the fins use for bird guns? Sako. Since they are made in Finland. And maybe Beretta, Benelli, Tikka and a few others because Beretta owns them. But I believe these are the more popular ones used in Finland.

Valmet made O/Us, I have a 212 in 12ga/222 Rem that I use for coyote hunting that has a spare set of 12ga barrels. I take it along on bird hunting trips as a predator hunter and backup for my bird gun.
The Valmets have the sliding cover like a Rem 32 or Krieghof.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

There were/are no Viking guns. The Vikings existed from about 790 BCE to 1100 BCE. Just because something is Scandinavian does not mean it is Viking. Just like everything Southern isn't Cracker. Get it?
