Is there a chance of finding a set of barrels for a 20ga Parker shotgun or if not having new tubes installed on my monobloc? Someone cut these to 18 1/2 inches.

It won't be easy finding a set of orphan 20 ga. Parker barrels. The best way is to first know exactly what you are looking for, and then to search diligently at gun shows and on the internet. And you can bet you aren't the only one looking for this same relatively scarce item that is seldom seen for sale. So save some photos and pertinent dimensions on your phone so you are prepared to buy immediately if and when you see them.
I've found several sets of various orphan barrels at bargain prices simply because I recognized them, while the sellers had no idea what make of gun they even fit. A couple years ago, I found a nice buttstock and forend for a number 1 frame Parker on Ebay. It was listed as unknown gun stock set, and sold for around $50.00 delivered. Last year I bought a good set of 12 ga. Lefever barrels for about the same price. They were also listed as unknown, and were "camo painted" with latex paint which was easily stripped off. In September, I bought nine gun barrels for a total of $35.00 at an Auto Parts Swap Meet. The haul included an unused 44" .50 cal Rice swamped octagon barrel with radius rifling that sells for around $375.00 plus shipping alone. Also included was a nice .50 T/C Hawken percussion barrel w/sights, two unused octagon rifle barrels in .36 and .45 cal., two Greener Martini Cadet frames with a .22 lr and .310 barrels, an unused .410 octagon to round Damascus percussion barrel with Belgian proofs, and two .22 cal barrels. Way too cheap to pass up.
On the other hand, I've been looking for a set of 16 ga. dolls head Lefever barrels to fit a G grade frame, for over 15 years,...with no luck.
Voting for anti-gun Democrats is dumber than giving treats to a dog that shits on a Persian Rug

I was thinking of having a new set of tubes installed in maybe 28ga but don't know anyone who would do it. I know it would be expensive but I am willing to make the investment. What frame is the 20ga on would be my first question. Anyone know?

Sleeve new tubes to the existing monobloc and restore to the original barrel length, or length of your choice. That would probably be easier than finding a set of Parker barrels

Not for 5000.00. Not even if they were made of gold. The whole gun isn't worth that. EEB's suggestion is a valid one only who would do such work?

This guy will sleeve it: https://www.merringtonfineguns.com/pricingSleeving starts at $2K. That is before bluing and engraving. You’re going to need a rib, looks like about $1K for that. $600 for tubes.I’d be willing to bet a proper sleeving job on that Parker is within spitting distance of $5K, when it is over. Dan Cote’ will listen to offers on his barrels. Gold is almost $4300 an ounce. Unfortunately, some things, like gold, old Parker barrels, and sleeving don’t come cheap. Sorry. Not for 5000.00. Not even if they were made of gold. The whole gun isn't worth that. EEB's suggestion is a valid one only who would do such work?

What size frame 0 or 1?
Ejector or extractor barrels?
What length?
What grade?
