Well...ok. Ever had a premonition? I've had several close calls with downed trees over the years way-back into the forest here. I usually had a chain or a strap or an axe in my pickup, and then my once-strong back to bail me out. Fast-forward to yesterday morning. ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](http://i.imgur.com/zrWzAGZh.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](http://i.imgur.com/zOTkYnNh.jpg) I had thrown this small Husqvarna (35-years old? maybe more?) into my car as I had replaced it with something bigger and newer at the house (It's so old I'm having a problem replacing the well-worn chain thats on it). While it's old it still always starts somehow. Anyway, I hauled it up here and included it into the woods-vehicle tool-kit here this Fall. I'm pretty glad I did now. I hadn't been back in this area for more than a few minutes and found this when I tried to head back out (and this is the only way to do it).

Heading out today again shortly. Last day for a bit (headed to North Dakota for a change of scenery Wednesday). Got an invite that I couldn't pass up. Back early next week.
