I’m selling my NIB Leupold FX-ll 3 power matte finished scope. The scope and box have the same SN. This scope was a product of Leupold’s now defunct custom shop and was called their Big Bore model. These scopes feature all the FX-2 features such as diamond coating, improved light gathering and click adjustments while having all the benefits of the older M8 3 power. Very few were made. I think I remember that these were slightly higher powered than the original 3’s, maybe 3 ¼ or so but I may be wrong. This one has the Elk hunter’s reticle; a 3 “legged” duplex with the heavier outer thickness width which is midway between standard and heavy duplex. The 12 o-clock leg has the thinner crosshair of standard thickness which gives a very bright top half of the view. This is a wonderful scope and a hunter’s dream. $450 plus $14 shipping with insurance CONUS.
