A few months ago a friend asked me to find him a Tranter revolving rifle. I found one but it went for way out of his price range. A few weeks ago I found a Belgian 8 shot centerfire revolving rifle. A very strange thing. A 9.3 x 48mm rare Belgian revolving rifle. The auction house knew nothing about it as far as maker or history. They'd never seen one like it before and could not find anything more on the internet. I showed it to my friend and he really liked it. Gave me an amount to bid on it to include buyer's fee, shipping and pick up fees. Well, he won it this morning. The rifle designer looked to be an optimistic fellow with the elevation potential of the, what appears to be the, rear sight.
Nice workmanship for sure. Will be interested to here more as details are gathered.

I can’t contribute any specific knowledge, but it’s definitely elegant. Also, I really like the engraving on the receiver.
