I didn’t say anything ‘aboot Ridge. How many Jäegermeister shots have you done this morning?

You’re hallucinating-again.

Best,
Ted

No. Confused when you post, but, old jOe prepared me fairly well.

You’ll want to be sober when Code fits you for leathers that day.

Best,
Ted

Bet he wasn’t too pleased when you bent his bike up. Did you have to pay for it?

Confused is an understatement.

It was a 1995 Suzuki GSXF600, you could likely buy a dozen of them for the price of one BMW S1000. I bought enough insurance to cover most of the bike, and my regular bike insurance covered the rest. Back then (maybe today, too) the insurance you bought on your bike covered part of a loss on a different bike. Submitted the whole mess to both and let them fight it out. My insurance now is through a company that insures Classics and special interest vehicles, I have to look to see what it does and doesn’t do.

How ‘aboot you, Sport? The policy you keep on the Cub do you any favors if you drop your cousins Harley at a stop sign?

Again.

Best,
Ted

All the riding gear was mine, however. Stuffed it in the trash, and rented kit for the next day.

Cool story. Anyone else crash or just you?

Just me, that day. But, stuff happens.

Ted

Rent, dude. You’d spend a decade getting your stuff broke in like the school stuff is in 6 months. But your stuff would be ten years old.
Bring your own lid would be my suggestion. They will date it, and rent you a current one if need be.

Yeah, I’m not dragging gear across the country.

Looking forward to this. From what I can tell it’s a first class outfit. Next year’s schedule should be out in November.

From the FAQs. Do people crash at the school?

“Yes people crash but it is less than 1 person per school on average.”

Someone has to be that guy, Ted.

Brakes are linked and antilock. The engine management can be programed and mapped to fit the rider. A 600 Katana vs the BMW is like an F22 versus a Saber Jet.

A lot to do in the area. Mariners, concerts, national parks…
