Dale Edmonds passed away today at age 81. He refinished Damascus barrels for many years. He left behind friends like Mikeej99 from this forum and myself, but no heirs. Maybe a good way to remember him might be to post some pictures of barrels he refinished and memories of him.

Dale was the go to guy for black and white damascus for many years. Was sorry when he retired and now sorry to hear of his demise. RIP

Too young. Dale refinished several barrels for me and we always many nice conversations about vintage SxSs. RIP.

Dale was the nicest guy. He refinished several sets of Damascus barrels for me before he retired from the business. It was always interesting to talk with him.

Very Sad day. Many of the great ones have passed on. Dale did a spectacular job on a set of 8 gauge barrels for me. He will be greatly missed.
