No it isn't. I don't use black powder. I hate the stuff. I use 4198 loads using the formula.

Jules, the formula gives equivalent loads to nitro-for-black. Is it 40%, Mike? I kind of had to go the other way and convert a 360 Nitro Cordite load to current smokeless powders.
