I've visited with David several times each year over the years at his most recent home in South Berwick, though he's been there for more than ten years. And I do owe him a visit soon - heck, heonly lives about 70 miles from me... I've been in touch with him several times and each time he asks "When in hell do you think you'll stop in on me?!?"
Kathy enjoyed him too and Kathy and Elaine (David's deceased wife) got along very well too.
He's a hoot for sure and some of his stories should really never be put in print, but his encyclopedic knowledge and experiences with fine guns and their owners most definitely should be. His stories of travelling with MM to Europe and Russia are funny as hell but again, some things are better left not printed. -They're damned lucky they didn't get arrested and sent to Siberia -...

Would anyone know how to contact Mr. Trevallion? I have recently become the latest custodian of the Harry Kell engraved Frederick Scales Gun. (if you are interested, chapter 23 of Vic Venter's, Gun Craft has a history of the gun and of Mr. Trevallion's connection to it). To my point: the gun came with several old photographs of many who were involved in the gun's manufacture and subsequent cosmetic restorations. If he is unaware of the photos he may have an interest in seeing them.
