Just happen to me a few weeks ago. In my case it was "downright fraud" or, more accurately, theft. Paid for items that I never got, no response to emails, searched their name on another gun forum and there is a whole lot of posts about the sight being fraudulent. In my case there is not much recourse but we DID report them to the bank and the bank was going to contact their bank and let them know that their business is fraudulent.

Does this have anything to do with any of the gun dealers who do continual Free Advertising of their business ventures in their taglines here, and apparently neglect to pay Dave the $12.00 fee for each and every sale they make as a result of those Free Ads? If so, you can expect a shrill and estrogen fueled triggered response, personal attacks, and some nasty Spam PM's.....however, expecting them to act with integrity and do the right thing is another story entirely.
