Now since GSI has taken over importation the same gun is now $8300??? Is this a true story? I called Cabela's gun Libary and that $8300 figure is what they quoted me. I hope that Chuck H and others can shed light on this? -Shoot Straight, IM

Lion County and Fieldsport were left in the cold. It looks like GSI has raised the price by $3K. Chuck Hawks reported the MSRP as $8K plus. I didn't think to much of this, as most firearms do not sell for MSRP. But, I placed a call to Cabela's and they quoted me $8300.00 for a new Model 216! -Shoot Straight, IM
