Please forgive my bombthrowing here, but I have often thought about how fortunate I was to have access to good hunting & fishing as both a boy and then later as an adult. I don't see it as anything other than having different priorities than most urban folks, but this student clearly sees it another way.

I have often speculated that you need to be raised in a family with hunting and shooting traditions to fully appreciate it. Perhaps he makes my case for me? Hunting is "cultural" in the truest sense and multiple-generation inner-city folks simply don't have that tradition or opportunity. I'm fairly certain race has nothing to do with it.

Luckily, I've known a few folks who didn't grow up in the culture, but acquired a taste for it. I hope the same can be said for the inbred culture of the snowflake. Though tempting, we wouldn't want to label them an automatic lost cause.
