I would say it should have similar value to a LC Smith 20ga field gun. Maybe 800-1500.

28" Cyl/IC may have started out 30" M/F. If the choke taper is less than an inch, that would suggest they've been cut. Folsom-made Baker guns normally have an F before or after the serial number, and would be somewhat less desirable.
There are a few 12g Leaders on GunsAmerica

Researcher should be along soon with his brief history of the Baker Batavia guns

revdocdrew. Did you notice the Paragon that is also listed on GA. I don't think it is a Paragon and I explained it to the seller, but he wants it to be one instead of an "A" grade.

Dave: Not a L.C. Smith Maker Syracuse Baker gun, nor a Paragon, and not so sure about "LOTS OF CASE COLOR THAT TURNED BROWN" either
You and Robert have sure added alot of information on the Paragon thread and thanks!

Unable to tell from that pic if those are original or re-case colors. Why the big gap between the forend iron and the wood?

It looks like original due to the lack of color from handling

I am not sure why the forearm has that gap it appears that the wood is pushed up to far on the mounting iron

IMHO, it appears to be orginal colors.(everyone has an opinion) It sure appears to be a Folsom Baker judging by the location of the firing pin keeper screw. It also has the smaller trigger guard that was also used on the late Baker, Bakers. So it appears to me to be a Folsom gun. Nice looking gun, but I agree with revdocdrew, why the gap? Thanks for the kind words. I am kind of a Baker nut, but there are those alot smarter than me and I am still learning.
