Two shells you might be able to find locally.
Win AA low-noise, low-recoil loads
Win AA Xtra-lite, 1oz. Loads.
Both would be suitable.

I have become addicted to English hammered shotguns to the detriment of my wallet.

Best way to obtain Black Powder shells is to load your own. Simply not enough demand for them to be loaded at an economical price commercially. depending upon the quantity needed they can be loaded very simply with little if any investments in tooling or if a higher volume with regular loading tools with a bit of attention to the powder measuring. It is best to use either paper or all brass hulls.

I still have a few boxes of Black Powder Express Shot high brass paper hull shells that were made for a while by Republic Metallic Cartridge Co., which I believe is now defunct. I try to carry five of them to the 1st dove shoot every year just for fun.
They certainly have the effect of drawing everyone's attention to your shooting. The rest of the shoot is dedicated to using smokeless loads to clean all that black powder fowling out of your barrels...Geo
