Early R.G. Owen 1903 Springield, serial #627577, .30-06, 24" barrel, fleur-de-lis checking and fantastic wood, Griffin and Howe single-lever side mount with a Zeiss Zielklein with post and crosshair reticle, $4,500 including shipping.
This rifle is an excellent example of Owen's work and was purchased from Mike Petrov's estate in the November 2014 Amoskeag auction. He wrote about it and it is pictured in his Custom Gunmakers of the 20th Century, Volume 2 and it has been shown several times here in this forum.
