Yes, perfect sense as that is Scott's serialization & one can date it by that.

Ok, that begs the next question. Is it reasonable to think 707 is an earlier gun, assembled from a Scott parts kit, but 441 is later, given the different action, possibly one sourced in Suhl, and 441 is part of the serial numbers used by Georg after they had used all the Scott parts kits? Any idea of the approx date of mfg. for 707?

441 or 707? 707 looks to have the Scott pin pattern. 441 does not.

Are there certain tools for the screws, I have tried all my screwdrivers, and they are in their pretty tight. Thanks

Don't use regular screwdrivers, you'll bugger the screws. Hollow ground screwdrivers that fit exactly is the only way to avoid this, as the slots are thin. You can also file your own. Regular Gun Screwdrivers are also unsuitable, but Brownell's sells a "Thin Bit" set.
