Just two:

Ruger #1 .458 WinMag, with a Burris fixed 3.5X,
Chinese CZ clone .22 bolt action trainer with open sights.

I love them both, but I don't shoot the .458 much! I learned from my time with my college small bore rifle team that one can consume massive amounts of ammunition using a single shot as the round is loaded directly from the box to the firearm (no time wasted fiddling with a magazine). I also have a single shot Colt Camp Perry handgun.

Although I might be know around here for double gun work, the largest part of my custom gunmaking has always been single shot rifles. Here are a few:
A High wall Express rifle in .45-70 (original action)

A Low Wall Winchester in .25-20 (original action)

Close-up of same with Michael Dubber engraving

Another Low Wall .22lr, gopher shooting. Bill Gamradt engraved

A Dakota #10 in .257 Roberts

Close up with Dubber engraving and propriatary trigger guard

And my own hunting rifle, a Ruger sidelever conversion .30-40 Krag in Namibia
