  A Gunsmith friend used to let me know if he got anything interesting in. This is one such. Looking at a few notes the name I think is something like Steacke Lanuesdter. Don't know if anyone can make anything of it. The rotating under-lever cams the barrels forwards and the strikers are in-line. I will try to dig some more photos of oddities out from my archives. Lagopus.....
