The Holland and Holland "Royal Game" 1oz paper 2.5in shells are actually 67MM (2.6378in) in length. Is this suitable in a measured 2.5in Flues? The RST 2.5in shells are shorter.

The measurement of shells should be done when fired and fully elongated- so some may appear longer or shorter when unfired even if they are marked the same size.

Has anyone used the H&H shells enough to form an opinion? I'm tempted by free shipping on cases, but the selection seems to be getting more and more limited compared with RST.

I have an old St. Etienne 12b guild gun with 65mm chambers and weighing 6 pounds even. Mostly it gets fed RST 2.5" 1 oz loads. No real complaints there, but curious about the H&H option.
