The location of this maker is likely Evesham, Worcestershire, England.[Not Evenasdam] Records show a John Osborn, Bridge Street 1853,"T" was likely a son/daughter retailing Birmingham made guns Engraved with the Osborn name.

This is the info that IGC has which I hope is helpful:

Name John Osborne
Other Names Thomas Osborne
Address1 Bridge Street
Address2 26 Bridge Street
City/Town Evesham
County Worcestershire
Country United Kingdom
Trade Gun maker
Dates 1850-1900?

Notes

John Osborne (b. 1819) and his son, Thomas (b.1848) were recorded as whitesmiths, ironmongers and bell hangers at various times between 1850 and the mid-1890s. In the censuses they never described themselves as gunsmiths or gun makers.
They were in Bridge Street, Evesham, Worcestershire, from 1850 to the mid 1890s, then reportedly at 26 Bridge Street although the 1891 census records John and Thomas living at 36 Bridge Street.

I got my example out this morning which is marked Chas Osborne. He was a Birmingham gun maker and I have a fairly extensive writeup on him and it's to long for me to type here. However there is no indication he was related to your T Osborne.

A whitesmith could be a tinsmith or seller of tin wares. It is a term that could mean he sold items made from ton or other light metals. Ironmonger would have been worker in iron metals or wares but later came to mean a seller of iron or even steel wares. Bell hanger sounds like an installer type sideline to a retail operation.

From those three things it sounds like he brought in from the trade, guns with his name on them and sold them. I wonder how such a retailer would pick a maker of model to sell. Did he decide on the design, just order a boxlock to be made with his name on it or did he look for items at a good price to sell. A lot like a person who buys slow moving inventory or discontinued items at a bargain price to resell. If only these guns could talk think about what we could learn from them.
