Sounds tinfoil hat to me as well. As far as the "massive" part goes, other than hunting migratory birds and hunting on federal land, the feds don't have much authority over hunting. That authority is mostly held by the states.

Hillary is not stupid enough to do something like this BEFORE an election. I honestly don't think she really gives a crap about hunting. She might do something against it to win points with some supporters, but so far as I know she has never shown the slightest interest one way or the other.
She is certainly NOT pro Second Amendment.
Doesn't mean I care for her, just trying to be realistic.
