As we approach the holidays and look for gifts for our friends, neighbors or yourself, I still have a limited number of new copies of Michael Petrov's last book.
Custom Gunmakers of the 20th Century Volume II by Michael Petrov
Published in 2013 this book is a compilation of articles from the pages of Shooting Magazine and newly written chapters. There is not a lot of literature on the custom rifles of the first half of the 20th century. They are few and far between. Michael Petrov had tirelessly researched the custom makers for many years, gathering historical information while there was still access to a steadily decreasing number of people who actually knew, spoke with or corresponded with these old time craftsmen.
