Homer, I can relate to your frustration about delivery on your RBL. I was in the same boat with you a few months ago and the wait was getting to me. I took delivery of my PIF 9-28-05 RBL toward the end of January.
The RBL is being built in batches, I imagine with your date your gun should be in the shop very soon,if it isn't already. From what I can tell it takes three to months once it hit's the shop floor.
I'm hesitant to say this, I talked to Tony Galazan at the Tulsa gun show three weeks ago and he told me that he expects to have all the RBL orders completed in thirty nine weeks, That was three weeks ago. This put's all the RBL's delivered sometime in early 2008
All I can say is be patient, it can't be to far off.
