A while back someone was asking if anyone knew Michael's go-to load data. I had this "target" he sent with a rifle I bought from him a few years ago and the load is documented. Bullets were 150gr Core Lokt. The target hangs on a nail above my bench, don't count the nail head as a 9th hole in the target like I did... Damn I miss him.

I have Michael's RCBS .30-06 dies, and in the die box is a dummy round which he used, I assume, to set the seater stem. I can measure its OAL if anybody wants to exactly duplicate his "standard" load.

It was me that was asking. I have one of his rifles.
This is helpful, however, I'll not duplicate it exactly. I am shooting only cast bullets. I was mostly interested to see if Michael had also shot lead and what velocities and powders he was using.

At risk of asking a stupid question, is that H4895 or IMR4895?
