I think he has scaled back a bit on some of the things he did before. Least that's what I heard. Course I could be wrong as I am more often then not.

Antique motorcycles pay better and quicker then old shotguns. I visited Dewey about 8 or 9 weeks back and he was working on a beautiful old motorcycle and his motor cycle work was just as impressive as his shotgun work.....Jent
Dewey had rebuilt the transmission totally. I could not believe that he was able to get the internal parts for this old bike to rebuild the transmission. Dewey had converted the carbs on this antique bike from the original carbs to carbs that would actually work. I was impressed ! Easy Riding To You All, Jent

You shouldn't be too surprised that he rebuilt the transmission. From what I remember about his work, he is quite able to make any gears, or any other parts he needs. Mike

I'm not sure which "interesting" repair job that you're referring to in your original post. My e-mail address is on the website www.vicknairrestorations.comDrop me a line and I'll try to help.

Dewey, would it be possible for us to get some updated photos of the "Speeding-ticket Fox" and the Fox slug gun? Thanks. JR
