I know the question is off topic, but also I am sure there are lots of technical knowledge in this forum to help me.
I have in my hands a new CZ rifle that had mounted a telescopic sight. The owner try to remove the scope for alignment but use a smaller wrench (3/32 vs 2.5 mm). The screws are very tight so the result was that the allen heads were damaged. I already removed 7 of the 8 screws, but the one left is really tight and the allen head now is gone (no straight walls inside, only rounded). I try wih a torx wrench with the aproximate size, but the screw refuses to move. Please help me with a good advise to remove that devil screw. I am afraid to damage the scope because is a brand new Zeiss! Thank you in advance. Best,
Jose M. Fernandez

Hello Gunut:
I am sorry, but I do not know what is an "easy out" Some kind of devise? I have access to several tools, but I never heard about that.

Jose, was there any residue on the ones you took out? Sometimes people put a type of locktite so the screws don't work themselves loose from firing. Here is a link to a new type of easy out. Does not say what the smallest sixe is but I'm sure you can find out by calling them. https://www.buyspeedout.com/?MID=4901897Good luck and let us know how you make out.

I prefer wood to plastic, leather to nylon, waxed cotton to Gore-Tex, and split bamboo to graphite.

You should be able to drill away the screw head with a bit slightly larger than the shank of the screw and lift the top of the ring off. After the ring top is gone the stub of screw should be still sticking up and if it wasn't loctited in easily removed with a needle nose or if loctited, heat it and remove with pin vise or locking pliers if you want to save the rings.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Try a Torx wrench, one a little large, too large to go into the allen recess, use a small hammer to tap it in and try that. Drilling it out is always an option

Avoid heat. If you got all but one out, it isn't Red Loctited.

Dennis' suggestion often works well.
