OP ninepointer Sidelock Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 239 Ontario, Canada	What methods are used to achieve grey action finishes we see on guns, both new and old? I realize that some are formerly CCH finishes that have lost their colours. I've also learned that "French grey" can mean a wide variety of things. Can the various grey finishes be summed up or categorized?
