I have a Pachmayer leather velcro attachable pad; somehow the inner recoil pad has disappeared. I contacted Pachmayr to see if they sell replacements or the material they're made of; nope. Any ideas what I could use and where to get it? Thanks.

WOW! A picture sure would help us help you.

If I think I understand you correctly the slip on
pad with the velcro closure has lost the rubber item
on the inside that provides standoff.

The last gun show I went had a table with two shoe boxes full of old recoil pads for $3.00 apiece. You could look for a similar deal and hand pick something to cut and grind to fit inside the velcro pad.

You could also try cutting a chunk off of a cushioned floor mat. The kind you put in front of your sink, or you could just pay the freight for a new one.

They are less than $40.

Yeah Mike, that's it. Lost the decel pad from the inside. And yeah, I could buy a new one but why waste the old one if it can be fixed?

I have used the closed cell pads they sell for putting under sleeping bags. They come in various thicknesses and work perfectly.

You can buy a new one, black or brown for $29.89......small size fits all shotguns perfect (also most rifles). It helps to have more than one IMO.
