OP dollysods Sidelock Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 141 The Allegheny Mountains	An acquaintance from mid- New Jersey is looking for a gunsmith to remove a dent from a barrel. He's located near Griffin & Howe but would like to find someone a little less "pricey" for the job. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Rick

If Cobbs doesn't do it I would get a quote from G&H in Benardsville,doubt they are that much higher for something that simple. You can get dents taken out in the tent area for about $20 by Hosford & Co., assuming they are there again this year. I had them take a dent out of one of my doubles last year. He can have fun, see a lot of great guns and get his barrel fixed all in one day.
