I have an SKB 100, that has developed trigger problems shooting lighter loads. If I shoot the right barrel first, the trigger wont set for the left barrel. However, if I shoot the left barrel first, all is well. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Have you had it apart to clean it? They need maintenance after a few years.
My Dad put a big, soft, Pachmayer pad on a Beretta Silver Snipe back in the mid 1960s, and said gun really didn't work well with light loads until the mid 1980s, after the pad hardened up a bit.

It may be worth checking that there's enough clearance between the sears and connector and look for any burrs that could stop them engaging correctly due to the lighter recoil. Maybe a drop of oil on the pivots could help too.
Hope this helps.

My 100 20 ga worked fine for a number of years... then it doubled. Gunsmith took it apart and cleaned it and smoothed a bur... it has been fine ever since (30 + years).

My 385 acted similar to yours and all it needed was a cleaning.

So take it appart, clean it and look for burs.
