I wouldn't consider this round body. Nice gun though!

This is a true round body.

Battle,
It seems like any maker that puts a 1/4" radius on the corner of his standard action calls it a "round action".

On that model (and type) of sidelock, the lock plates aren't flat. They sweep in to the wrist in a rounded fashion.
There's a big difference in how a rounded sidelock feels in the hand compared to the typical sidelock action.

The rounded sidelock is typically worth a little more - gun for gun - in that it takes quite a bit more work to make the rounded sidelocks.

The first one is a Spanish knockoff of a Boss. The second one is a back-action hammergun with a rounded action.

I don't think AYA or any of the other Spanish makers round off their locks.

Boss did, and does, this. Purdey may do it, too.

Boss created the "Round Body" look. Here's one to check out:

Am I the only one who thinks my Gold Label qualifies as a "round body"?

My shape might qualify me, too.

OWD-

AYA and Grulla round the action plates, perhaps others too.
You have to request it and it costs quite a bit extra for the feature of a 'round gun'
I'd been considering having a Grulla round action sidelock built a few years ago. Their round guns are very pretty, handy and lively too. True-to-form round sidelocks.

I wouldn't call putting a 1/4" turn on the sideplates a round body. Its still flat on the bottom of receiver. Also hence the term round body not round side plate gun.
