Ted! you've done what your friend wanted - what more can a friend do! 1958, I'm too new to the American Classic game, with only a Phila. Sterlingworth, Phila. AH Fox AE and a Remington 1894 AE under my belt to make-up a pecking order. I've aways to go!

Thorny, Friend dropped the first several clays at the sporting course, and then ran 23 straight. Which, made me ponder the cost/benefit thing again, and conclude that a rough diamond, is still a diamond. I didn't shoot nearly as well, with a gun that cost a hell of a lot more... Best, Ted

Ted, thanks for the update on this gun. I'm glad to see Wildwood paid for the fix as they should have. Your friend has a very nice shooter now for what is still a reasonable amount of money.

I let my 16 NID Skeet go this past weekend. I've never seen one before, liked mine just fine, but a friend has it now. I may get it back some day. Oh well.

Ditto my 12 gauge Tobin "Black Diamond". Same friend decided he needed it more than me. Well, it was a righthanded gun anyway, and I get first right of refusal should he fall out of love, so to speak. He blasted hell 'outa the claybirds with it, and Winchester featherlites the same day we shot the NID. Still have my restocked Tobin 16 that Klunk laughed at me so much for having the un-Godly price of $1500 into.
Don't need anymore guns. I got to keep repeating that... Best, Ted

I saw a gun in Houchins' new book that Klunk once took away from me. I wonder if I'll ever have the chance to own that one again?
