OP Oberndorf Sidelock Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 72 Likes: 4	I had posted the pics of the action of this gun earlier. Here are additional pics of the gun. I am wondering why Pape chose to put a shield on top of the grip instead of normal oval on ther under side of the stock. Is it normal for Pape guns. When they started having levers on top they were moved to the bottom. Seems like a few American I have seen also have a forend wedge when you seen the shield on top.
