Just bought a Parker stock and it has the gold grip cap, anyone have an idea of what the grip caps are bringing?
The guy selling the stock bent the truth far enough to cast a stock 2 inches!

I wanted the stock also just for the GOLD Cap, but 2 inches is a Little much to one side, but I am sure it could be bent back with enough steam. I found out the hard way that the only way to get your money back on E Bay Thu Pay Pal is to file a dispute within 45 Days. I went back and fourth with a seller trying to get him to do right and unknowingly let the 45 days elapse, so no grounds for claim, another PayPal trap.

OK, found it. #260878242974. I would have bid except that I couldn't really tell how bad the gold had been damaged. The picture really didn't make that clear. How do you propose to remove the cap? Let us know when you put it up for sale.

I got lucky and sold the single barrel stock to a guy needing a stock. The stock was sold to me as a 20 gauge BHE stock. The seller (fuzzy) had gone so far as to remove wood from below the trigger guard and stamp a new serial number that matched a BHE double number. I found this guy to be most untrustworthy and would strongly recomend not dealing with him.
To remove a Parker gold grip cap there is a screw under the trigger guard. Turn it out a couple of turns and the cap comes right off. It simply engages a long pin.

Bill, he would have gotten a better price for that stock if he had advertised it as a single barrel stock.

Bill leave a honest feedback to warn others. EBay takes feedbacks seriously. If he gets several in a short time they will suspend him from selling. I have posted several bad feedback when the seller refused to correct their mistakes. One seller was so bad that if he said water was wet I would have bet against him. Some make mistakes and almost always will make them right, others are just liars who are out for a fast buck.
