There are quite a few custom single shots at my place.

STEVEN, ALL YOUR SINGLE SHOTS ARE BEAUTIFUL, THE STEVEN GRANT STYLE SIDE LEVER RUGER IS AWESOME!!I KNOW THE DAKOTAS ARE HIGHER QUALITY BUT THE #1s LOOK GREAT, I JUST LIKE THE TRIGGER, FALLING BLOCK BETTER. I JUST PUT A LEUPOLD 2-7 ON A #1RSI IN .270. A FRIEND HAD THE GOOD LUCK TO HAVE HIS SUPPLIER PICK THROUGH FOR NICE WOOD, NICE PIECE OF FIDDLEBACK. HAVE ANOTHER 257 BOB IN A 1-B, NICE WOOD ON IT. I HAVE A STEINER PENETRATOR SCOPE I WANT TO PUT ON MY #1RSI. IT'S A I.5x6 42mmm OBJ,30mm TUBE. EVERY AFTER MARKET RING I TRIED ARE TO HIGH. I TALKED TO CONETROL, I LIKE AND HAVE THEIR MOUNTS BUT IS THERE ANYBODY ELSE? THANKS, JEFF

jeff, (all lower case is much preferable to all caps) Ruger mounts are limited.

Probably no more sidelever rifles, the fellow (John Madole) who did the metalwork passed several years ago and while it could be replicated, I've yet to find someone interested in investing the $ it would requite.

BTW: I replaced the trigger, and lever, on each of the custom Dakota #10s I've done.

If some one were interested in a first cabin single shot I'd refer them to the P&V barreled action on my For Sale page. I've a fellow interested in purchasing as is but would prefer to built it into an exquisite stalking rifle.
