For those of you using Eex-ox, do you use it exclusively - ie, as a bore cleaner, lubricant and corrosion protection?
Yes. I use nothing else. I first bought a 8oz can. I bought a gallon for refill.
The materials I read about it said you should treat the bores with it and then they would not require regular cleaning like with oil products. Have you found that to be the case?
What I found is the more I use Eezox, the easier the cleaning is.
Do you use it in place of grease on the critical bearing points like the hinge pin?
I still use grease. After shooting, I use Eezox to clean the action and re-apply.
