It looks and works fantastic on my I-pad! Beyond looking good it's just SSM online with the SOS.

Looks great on my desktop using Internet Explorer. I haven't tried it on my iPhone. They are a sponsor of the Lefever Arms Collectors Association. I hope everybody takes a peek.

Thanks for the replies. It is not loading well for me. Very slow and once I read a page and go to the next, if the next is available, I can't page back because the previous page is gone? CONTEMPORARY WINGSHOOTER works great! I'll try clearing cookies and that type of thing. Thanks again for the help.

ben-t: I'm very curious about the problems you're experiencing, and would like to hear more. I heard from one reader today who was having real problems with viewing the new issue, though all of the previous issues worked fine. We have just switched to a new software platform and host, so I'm not surprised that the change has brought some problems up.
Just to be clear, are you looking at Issue No. 6, with the two woodcock on the cover?

Ed,
I enjoyed every previous issue without a hitch. However - this issue comes with a host of problems, from freezing up to pages not turning. Several other small nuisances too.
In the end I was able to read the whole thing - just not as effortlessly as in the past. Nice publication.

ED, It is the issue with the gold inlayed O/U and the Woodcock. I have no doubt it is my internet provider or my system that is to blame. I recently updated to internet explorer 9 and that required quite a bit of contact with my providers "tech help" service. My e-mail is sporadic in performance and my antivirus and spyware system provider has told me they may have a "patch" sometime in the future that will stop windows from telling me their software is not operating? Of course Microsoft is constantly trying to fix its Vista program (should have called it Dementia) and I use dialup so all the technological advancements passed me by long ago. I just can't help wondering, from time to time, if maybe I check with someone else, I will find it is "them"- not me. Thanks. Kurt

Thanks to you both for the great feedback. It's critical that we hear from readers how it works for them, so that we can hope to continue fine-tuning.
Kurt -- It does sound like you have a few issues on your end that might reduce your enjoyment of Sporting Shot, starting with bandwidth/connection speed. Especially when you turn a page that has video or other multimedia on it, a dial-up connection is likely to bog down. All I can recommend is that where you recognize a video trying to load, you can roll over the frame and find the pause button; that will allow it to buffer, perhaps.
Orry -- We have noticed that this issue, on a new software platform, with a new host, is slower in flipping through. We're going to take that up with them and see if it's an issue we can work out.
