Saw the ads (I know, sucker for marketing), checked out the website, was thinking of ordering a few cases.
My reloads are pretty wimpy 12ga, 1oz, 1100+/- fps, so I like low pressure loads.

anyone run some?
thoughts?

I just ordered some myself. For the speed you get from their shells, coupled with low published pressures is a pretty good combo. Also, if the patented Gordon recoil reduction system reduces actual recoil by 10-15% as B and P claims.....well, I just think that is HUGE!! Holland and Holland recommends those shells in 12ga for use in their guns because of the low chamber pressures. So, they must be pretty good shells. I've shot a few of their shells and they seemed very good. I will know more when I get through a couple of cases.

If you are looking for pressure information, this is what they have posted on their website:

B&P pressure chart

I shoot them regularly, but I don't have any guns that can't handle modern loads. I particularly like their High Phez and Comp One loads (esp. the 7/8 oz). They only offer one 16 ga cartridge and it is a little much for my 6lb gun. The 28 ga Extra Rossas (1280fps 3/4 oz) are about as hot as I like but I have found I can shoot 100 rounds of skeet out of light sxs without any problems - I think their Gordon wad provides some recoil management (nothing other than my personal experience to back that up, though). The free shipping is nice and they offer discount codes in various publications.

Overall, I really like the B&P shells. I use their 20s, 16s and 12s including their "Dispersantes" (spreaders)

Curiously, some of their loads are incredibly dirty - the inside of my barrels look as though they've gotten feathers after a few rounds. But they clean right up and I clean my guns after every use anyway.

I like the fact that they publish pressures - not sure why but I think it says something good about a company that offers such info.

Unfortunately I got overenthused about one of their offers and now have a huge stack of flats. Drat! Means I gotta shoot more.

Head on over to shotgun world forum, thay have their own page, and I got a coupon code good for 10% off there. I shoot them in my Elsies, the only thing I have noticed is they stick in the chamber a little and hang up the ejectors in my 1927 field grade. It might just be a quirk of the gun, and it really isn't a complaint, just passing along what happened to me.

The reason so many of the offerings have low base brass is to reduce ejector hangups.

I think the B&P line up is the best, moderately priced ammunition available, but in fairness I must disclose that I sell them in this corner of the world.

I personally prefer the High Pheasant loads to all else in the line for 2.5 inch guns. The Extra Range loads are dynamite for modern shotguns, I think.

I have been told that the prices will go up some time after August 1st.

My only complaint is that they don't offer more for the subgauges (subgauge spreader loads, lighter 16 ga. loads, CompOne equivalents in subgauge). I have asked and they said they would upon evidence of greater demand - so please let them know if you are interested in seeing these offerings as well.

Thanks for the heads up. With a 10% discount, free shipping and no sales tax, the 20 gauge is getting close to promo shell cost, but not quite. I have next dove season's loads on the way.

I ordered the 28 gauge 15/16oz shells. They are pretty noticeable compared to my standard shell, Win AA Sporting Clay 28 gauge load. They are dirty as well.

I was told by my local distributor that Winchester and Remington announced a 5% increase last week so it does not surprise me B&P prices will increase.

Where's the best place to order B&P?
