Have you considered a F.A.I.R. 16ga? I just got one of the Cortonas by FAIR, and it is nice. Available with a straight grip in a variety of finishes and very nice wood, with choke tubes and all the modern conveniences. The biggest advantage over the Citori? It's on a SCALED FRAME! Cortona is out of business, but there are a few new and lightly used guns popping up on various sites. FAIR is not going away, so ongoing parts availability should not be a problem.

OBTW, I don't like Obama or any of his loony minions, and I hope he loses in 2012. But the Republicans better put up a better ticket than they did last time around. I'm not a fan of the extreme wings of either party, but those are the clowns who sell newspapers (metaphorically speaking, for those of you who take things way too literally).

I couldn't agree with you more. I have never listened to talk radio and wouldn't even know how to tune it in. Same with Limbaugh and someone had to explain who Michael Medved was to me the other day. I grew up in a blue collar solidly Democrat home and the first President I ever voted for was John Kennedy. My views since then have changed very little. However the Democratic Party is radically different today has been hijacked be rabid Socialists and has in effect replaced the Communist Party in this Country. If anyone on this forum is ignorent enough to want to support those failed doctrines and the anti gun policy that goes along with it so be it.
I will however continue to raise firearms related issues as they can affect our rights and I personally don't care how many obnoxous Socalists on here don't like it.

I am not defending the BATF. They are pretty much a useless waste of tax money. However, they did not pull the trigger. The blame lies entirely with the the criminal that pulled the trigger.

I beleive that anyone in that crew that shot the agent is guilty.

I would also like to add that Brian Terry was a Border Patrol Agent. Although the Border Patrol is part of CBP, please do not refer to him as a CBP agent. He would not have appreciated that.
