It is in french and starts at 11:08 of the 20 minutes video. There should be an english version somewhere because I think it was made in Canada.

About four years ago, H&H sent me their 90 minute video (about $45 USD, freight included), "A Look Inside Holland & Holland, the Royal Gunmaker". :-)John We're only responsible for the effort, not the outcome.
