Larry is correct about the chambers.

Don, I am glad you jumped on this. I think you have the values in the correct range given today's market. Just a comment, a Lebeau should command more than Francotte. For Bury and Masquelier it would depend on the model. At least that is my opinion. I know the continental makers are harder to categorize.

Thanks for all the information. I also noted the 2 3/4 in chambers compared to 65 mm on the barrel flats. However, the chambers may have been incorrectly measured. I will check that and also the integrity of the barrels.

Just an update on trademarks after some more digging.

The "Regina" and "ES in a circle" trademarks were registered by Edouard Schroeder in 1903 and 1905 respectively.

Charles Edouard and Max, 1921 to 1928 registered "SF", "SF in a circle", "S in a rhombus (square)", "ALBATROS" and "FOX" trademarks.

Hi, Pete. The formula requires that, for the names above, the guns be of identical Original Quality grade and of identical Current Condition level for them to have similar value. I speak of price as the $ between a buyer and a seller, whereas value is a guesstimate of price. And, note, we are talking about older guns, not modern Francotte or Lebeau-Corally. I don't have what I consider definitive research on Continental guns, but seem to get pretty close most of the time.
