It looks like the last topic he initiated was on March 24th, 2010. Maybe he got his sleeve caught in his stock bender? Maybe someone here knows how he's doing? Hey, Chuck. Where are you?

There have been some ripping fires out his way. They have four seasons, just like us, but they are a little different-fire, earthquake, smog, mud.

I wouldn't worry about Chuck. He posted at least a couple of times yesterday in the BSS thread, and the current fires are at least 75 miles from his home base.

He cant be too far. When I got back from Mexico, I sent him a box of Mequite Chcunks for his new smoker, and got a thank you back...Hope he dint use those to start the fires.........Raining like a sombich here again,,,,Been trying to get a pasture sprayed for over a month..wind and rain wont let it git dun..

No gentlemen, he saw a picture of my Nitro Special and took one look at it and fell into a deep dark depression knowing full well that my Nitro is head and shoulders above his.
It is reported that he began to drink heavily even more than usual.
I am truly sorry guys I should have kept that picture of my stunning Nitro to myself but the Great Chuck H is no more he is just a shadow of his once proud self.

Hope he's not caught up in the current labor problems with the C-17. Hope he IS out scouting quail!

I didn't get my sleeve in the bender...yet! But Replacement was right on, I was outside BBQ-in. I've been goin off the deep end of bbq. 'been spending time on a Texas bbq forum to learn the ropes. I bought another egg style metal cooker friday. By midnight I had a computer controlled huffer installed and cookin butt.  Made some great poorboy sandwiches for lunch and fantastic tacos for dinner.
