I was wondering if there are any quirks to removing the locks on a Crescent New Empire? The only other hamerless sidelocks I've played with are LC Smiths.
Thanks,
Craig

No, there no tricks. Just remove the front screws on the locks and then the through bolt that passes between the locks. Of course use this screw to push the opposite lock off.The little tang on the front of the locks will (going from memory here) have an extension underneath that tang. It is pretty short but if does go under the part of the receiver that this tang mates with. So when you remove or reinstall the locks, you have to place the tang extension under that receiver, so it mates up. Real easy.
