I sent you a PM. Can you drop me a line when you get a chance? Thanks!
Edit: Anyone got a working phone number for him? The one on this site is not working.

Rumor has it that Pete is working full time on his new Ithaca double gun site. A long time closet Ithaca collector, who constantly talked down Ithaca guns to keep prices down, will soon be coming out of the gun closet. Also he use to mail VHS tapes wrapped in plain brown paper to those foolish enough to ask for them. His wood was very nice and the few I bought from him went to good use.

When I first came to this site-a long, long time ago, Russ Ruppel and Pete used to keep me in stitchs with their Ithaca rants. When he got tired of pulling Russ's ears, he and FH (Lowell Glenthorne) would chuck bombs at each other. Pete was a main stay of this board and I sure wish he'd post more often.

Yup, I have a Prewar Midas with Pete's wood and still have a piece for my next project. I also have a Super Fox from Pete that is a wonderful killer of preserve mallards at passable ranges. I guess I have a 100% average with Pete and look forward to seeing him at Winter Vegas the next time I go. Bill Murphy

I did not see Pete at the show this year. I may have just not crossed paths but I didn't see his usual display either.

Maybe Pete is off tying a few flies, or out with the horses. The man seems to have more interest than just guns and wood these days. He rarely post here anymore. Like many of the early users he just seems to have lost interest. At least he is still alive. Too many fine posters are with Klunmeister, Bill and many other fine people we have lost.

KY, don't count the rest of us out yet. Owleye and Klunk were just warnings for the rest of us to start living right. So, we took the scare tactics seriously and we'll be here for awhile.
