Is the SKB 28 ga. built on a scaled 28. ga frame or is it built on a larger frame?

To my knowledge they are on a 20 GA. Frame. The 28 Ga 385 S/S are also on the 20 Ga. frame. Now that I have said that, one on a small frame will turn up. Miroku built some 28 Ga O/U on a smaller frame, they turn up now and then as baby frame guns, and are (over)priced accordingly.
