Thinking about a Poli hammergun. Anyone had experience pro or con with them?

Are you reading the name correctly? If by chance it reads," Poldi"it refers to a particular brand of steel used on guns originating in Europe.

I bought a Poli classic hammergun. Using it at sporting clays was an eye opener. I had had the left barrel opened to LM and left the right at IC. It shoots as well as my K80. I am AA and SV.

However the gun is now at Griffen & Howe because the right trigger is less than one ounce and the left is seven pounds. The right hammer is secured with a drop of clear nail polish on the screw.

Would I buy another ? Yes but only after checking it very carefully.
