FWIW,

I use em in the smaller pocket American hulls and the larger Cheddites.....low pressure 16's to max 10's.

I have hade a few pierce, all of them on my long and pointy of tooth Flues. Methinks they are more prone to this if the gun is not to spec than others, but do not hold them as the cause.

They have been highly rated for consistant shot to shot performance as a middle-of-the-road(CX2000) primer. Perfect for most hand assembled loads sent to the pressure cannon.

Wish we could get the CX50 and the hotter version as well(which I no longer see listed at Clay and Game?).

Best,
Mark

This has happened to me twice with recent Winchester 16s in my Citori. The first time I was at Olin's club in East Alton, IL. I too it inside and they sent it off. I got $7 worth of "Winchester Bucks" in the mail. I don't think I'll be buying at Cheddites to reload with. Incedentally, I put WW209s in the Cheddite and Fiocchi hulls all of the time. They may not fit extremely tight, but I've never had one fall out either.

I do not know if you can buy Noble Sport primers over there but if you can try some they are tapered .243 to .245 and work great in Fioochi and all european cases, they are also fairly hot, I back off about 1/2 grain from recommended pecipies
