hello

Just bought a old sxs Robust No 22-
when the safety is on - I can still fire although it's a little harder - any thoughts or advice ?

Hi EB,

Maybe the safety is not engaging fully due to age old dirt in the mechanism?

In any case I am sure you are aware that the safety only blocks the triggers and does
not prevent the strikers from accidentally going off. For me the only REAL safety is an
open double, until you are ready to fire. JMTC.
