I am trying to restore two old gun cases. The leather on one is crumbling and they both need to be relined. If anyone has any info. on leather restoration or instructions on relining I would appreciate them posting it. Thanks,Justin

Justin: Once leather reaches the point you describe, it can't be brought back. It can be stablized, but will never stand up to use. TT

TRy calling Charlie at Hill Rod and Gun, they restore old cases for resale and he may be willing to offer some advice, he's a decent guy.
