I know that this has been covered here before but for the life of me I can't remember where I stored it. The bore diameter of my 20 guage Beretta BL3 is stamped upper barrel 15.8 and lower barrel stamped 15.9 Could someone tell me what these convert to in inches?
Thanks in advance.

Or, if you want to remember a smaller number; 158 divided by 254 equals .62205; seven one hundred thousandths diff.

Assuming they round off to the nearest tenth of a mm; for example: 15.751 would be rounded to 15.8 but the bore would be .620 not .622 or it could possibly be .624 going the other direction. So, your bore is between .620 and .624. That's why a bore guage is the best.

I'm cheap and through experience, I know about how much drag leg calipers should have in the bore, then measure the span with a dial caliper. Bore guages do reach in farther though.
